Refund Policy

60-Day Return Window

We offer a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refund Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact customer support to request a return authorization number (RAN).
  2. Ship Back: Send the product(s) to the address provided with your RAN.
  3. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued in the original payment currency (USD) to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions

  • Used or damaged items may be subject to a restocking fee.
